  • By bus: Take bus M5, M7, or M104 to 57th Street, then walk approximately 5 minutes to the venue
  • By train: Take the N, Q, R, or W lines to 57th Street–Seventh Avenue Station, then walk approximately 5 minutes to the venue

  • Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

  • Attire: To celebrate the Phantom's return, formal or elevated eveningwear is requested in Black, White, or Silver only. If you are unable to meet the dress code, a limited number of cloaks are available to borrow during your visit

  • Guests are encouraged to wear their own black, white, or silver masquerade mask that celebrates the occasion and reflects personal style. If you don’t have one, a complimentary mask will be provided on arrival

  • Guests are recommended to wear comfortable shoes and clothing that allow easy movement. For your safety, stiletto heels are forbidden

  • MASQUERADE is a journey across multiple floors that includes haze, strobe lights, laser effects, and moments of darkness. The venue has ADA-accessible pathways throughout

  • A security check will be conducted before entering the venue

  • Bags are not permitted inside the venue; complimentary bag and coat check are available upon entry to store your belongings

  • Weapons are prohibited

  • Moving or exchanging ticket zones/seats is strictly prohibited

  • You cannot choose a specific seat. Please refer to the voucher for your seating arrangement

  • Enter the venue at least 30 minutes before the show begins. People will not be allowed to enter after the show begins

  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

  • Taking videos and photos of the show is strictly prohibited. Any person caught illegally photographing or recording the event will be dealt with by the venue's security
