• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

• Please wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes or sandals when visiting the facility

• What to Bring: Extra set of clothes, sunscreen, and insect repellent

• Smoking is only allowed in designated areas

• Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given

• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

• Child seats are not available

• A maximum of 10 ticket(s) can be made per booking. Klook reserves the right to reject or cancel orders that exhibit suspicious purchasing behavior
