• This tour requires a minimum of 6 passengers to proceed.
• The pickup email will be sent 2 days before departure, you must read this email before board onto our bus. No address change after the pickup emails are sent.
• Please leave a contactable phone number at the time of booking, so that we can get through to you when it's required.
• This tour is mainly provided in English currently, Chinese can be offered in our discretion.
• Due to seasonal day light change, during the period from late April to late August, we will visit Lake Cliffton first in the morning. The train will be arranged at 12pm. Please make sure you manage your time effectively and have something to eat before you board on the train. We spend more than 2 hours on the Jetty, there should be more than enough time for our guests to enjoy the Jetty and having meals.
• During public holidays and school holidays, expect large volume of visitors at all locations. We may not be able to allow more time than what's listed in the itinerary at each stop due to shorter day light in seasons other than Summer. Please book this tour sensibly and refer to the itinaerary before you purchase.
• Please store large luggage and items at your hotel. This is strict, backpack and carry on suitcase will be fine. Please check with your hotel to see if they allow you to store luggage overnight, otherwise, you will need to find a storage service nearby, this need to be done the day before you board onto our bus. If you bring a large luggage and delay the tour, our driver will cancel your booking without refund.
