Additional information

• After your scuba diving experience, it is highly encouraged that you wait 24 hours before flying

• Chinese New Year Surcharge (17th – 24th February 2026): RM 35/Adult; RM 25/Child (payment will be collected by the tour guide on the day of the tour in cash)

• During the Chinese New Year period based on Calendar (28/01/2025-05/02/2025), we will have additional surcharges. It will be RM35 for adults and RM25 for children. All customers shall pay the CNY Surcharge to the Local Operator BEFORE the tour start by Master/Visa credit card. Kindly communicate with the Local Operator for assistant.

• Attention all guests, we have the right to charge a penalty of MYR 120 if the guests fail to clean up themselves before entering the vehicle from any island tour that causes wet and sandy and unnecessary cleaning fees.

• Sit-In-Coach basis (SIC). This tour is not a private tour, you will share the trip with other guests who come from different countries.

• Be Punctual: Please be ready and wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Your Tour Guide / Pilot will only wait for you 5 minutes after your pick up time.

• Kindly provide correct contact information, if failure to contact and unable to pick-up will not be used as an excuse to request modification / cancellation of the order or refund. Kindly apologise!

• Please Note: Korean-speaking guide is available upon request (subject to availability). Please indicate at the checkout page if you need one on the day of the tour. Please pay MYR300 directly to the guide

• Please take note that the diving activity will be subject to the weather condition of the day. If the case of extreme weather conditions, the boat captain and the tour guide have the right to cancel the diving activity due to safety reasons

• Jelly bugs are common in the waters but they are usually harmless and their stings will just cause some slight itch

• In the case of jellyfish-related incidents, please inform your guide immediately. Rest assured that the guides are trained in first aid and can handle such cases

• Please Note: Participants are to refrain from touching and teasing turtles, other marine life, and corals reef. Participants who refuse to comply will be required to sit out the other diving experience

Diving Instructions:

• This activity is only available for certified divers
• For qualified divers with certification, please bring your logbook and diver certification card for a leisure dive
• Cancellation Policy: Up to 7 days before the tour start date will get Fully refund. Less than 7 days before the tour start date will No refund. No refund will be provided if you do not show up for the tour of the day.
• Agreement : By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this additional information and cancellation policy.
• Please be advised that private vehicle transport is available at an additional charge of MYR 500. [Subject to availablity]

• This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
• The activity is not recommended: high blood pressure / epilepsy / other serious medical conditions / pregnant women / PWDs (persons with disabilities)

• Kota Kinabalu outskirt hotels, like Putatan town, Beringgis Beach Resort, Langkah Syabas, Szhnn Vacation Apartment, or places that are not in the same route will have to take Grab or Taxi to town area to wait, as the route differs
