Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount

• Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• Participants must be aged under 100 to take part in this activity

Booking limitations

• Group size: 1-36 participant(s)

All guests entering the water must weigh 136 kg or less

Additional information

• Guests who are required to stay on the boat and not enter the water include children aged 4 and under, as well as Ride Along guests of all ages who choose to remain onboard for the duration of the trip

Restrictions

• All guests entering the water must be able to swim without the assistance of a flotation device
• Full-face snorkel masks are not permitted on any excursions

Health & safety

• The operator does not recommend pregnant guests in their third trimester join the trip. All pregnant guests should consult their healthcare provider prior to booking
• The vessel is not wheelchair accessible. Guests must be able to board and move around the vessel independently, including navigating a five-rung ladder to access the restrooms, a two-foot step over the transom, and five steps to reach the loading/unloading ramp

Disclaimers

• This purchase is non-refundable, including in cases where a guest is directed back to the boat due to insufficient swimming ability (as determined by the Captain or crew), denied water entry for exceeding the 300 lb weight limit, or in the unlikely event that no manta rays are sighted
• All snorkeling activities are subject to weather and ocean conditions. The operator reserves the right to modify or cancel trips for safety reasons
• Guests must follow crew instructions at all times; participation is at the guest's own risk
• The operator cannot be held responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the trip
• Wildlife sightings, including marine life, are natural occurrences and cannot be guaranteed. In the event that snorkelers do not see a manta ray, they may be offered a free rebooking for another night, subject to availability (Applicable to snorkelers only, does not apply to Ride along guests)

• Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem
