24 haftalik yoki undan kam homilador yo'lovchilar homiladorlik muddatini ko'rsatuvchi tibbiy ma'lumotnoma taqdim etishlari shart. Ular jo'nash kuni kema shifokori yoki hamshirasi tomonidan tekshiruvdan o'tkazilishi mumkin. Yo'lovchining safarga yaroqliligi va kemaga chiqishiga ruxsat berish kema shifokori yoki hamshirasining ixtiyorida.
Tasdiqlash
48 soat ichida tasdiqlov olasiz. Agar tasdiqlovchi xat olmasangiz, mijozlarni qo‘llab-quvvatlash xizmatimizga murojaat qiling.
Amendment policy
Customers may send an email Refund request to eticket@2go.com.ph using the registered email address of the transaction. Only original etickets that are not boarded in status and has not undergone rebooking will be processed.
For direct refund requests over our Corporate Ticketing Outlets, the account holder or passenger are the valid requestors and is required to submit the complete set of itinerary and present a valid government issued ID. If the passenger or account holder will authorize a representative to request for the procedure, the representative must present a signed authorization letter and his/her valid ID as well.
Refunds are subject to the following surcharge: Before Vessel Departure - Php 600.00 surcharge + Web Admin Fee per Ticket
Revalidations are subject to the following surcharge: Before Vessel Departure - Php 600 surcharge + Php 36 Revalidation Fee + Fare Difference per ticket
Partial refunds with PHP 675 (surcharge + web admin fee) charge per person will be issued for cancellations made at least 2 days before the selected activity date.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 24 hours before the selected activity date.
Partial refund rules: For voyage disruptions and unforseen events, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking and you have the option to reschedule or receive a 90% refund
