Customer initiated refunds on or before the estimated time of departure per ticket is subject to a **PHP 600** surcharge
In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
Partial refund rules: For voyage disruptions and unforseen events, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking and you have the option to reschedule or receive a 90% refund
