Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellations or refunds must be submitted through our official customer support channels at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time
Approved cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the ticket fare. The remaining 80% will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Refunds for cancelled online bookings are processed within 7 business days (excluding Saturday & Sunday) and subject to a Php25.00 processing fee to be deducted from the amount that will be refunded
