• Your appointment will be shortened if you arrive late and without notice. It will be cancelled if you are more than 20 minutes late

• Make sure that your mobile phone is switched to silent mode and avoid using it while inside the spa

• Please be responsible for your personal belongings. Klook / the operator will not be held liable for any lost belongings during the trip

• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment time

Prohibitions & Limitations

• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
• It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.
• Smelly food (e.g. durian) is not allowed in the facility
• Any additional charges will be made clear to the guest, and the guest can choose whether to purchase or not
