• Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity

• Infants aged 0-4 old are complimentary but must be advised at the time of booking

• Infant meals are not included on Day Cruises and are payable direct to the resort

• South Sea Cruises reserves the right to alter prices, apply a fuel surcharge, cancel departures, arrange alternative transport and vary itineraries and services if necessary

• All cruises are subject to sea and weather conditions, particularly in the interest of customer safety. Should adverse conditions prevent operation, our liability is limited to offering an alternative cruise or appropriate refund no greater than the fare paid

• South Sea Cruises is not responsible for missed flights due to late arrival at airline check-in counter whatever the cause

• At times of high occupancy Island Resorts reserve the right to close out Day Cruise passengers

• South Sea Cruises shall not be held responsible for any property loss or damage and or any claim resulting from personal injury or death arising whilst traveling with the company, participating in activities, or other company property. This disclaimer applies irrespective of the cause

• Mana Island Day Cruises are operated by South Sea Cruises Pte Limited. Any reference to Mana Island Day Cruises or to South Sea Cruises is in reference to South Sea Cruises Pte Limited

• Mana Island Resort does not accept cash as payment for additional items (credit card only)

• Please note that the fuel surcharges of FJD 10 per adult and FJD 5 per child aged 5-15 are not included in the ticket price and must be paid directly to the operator on the day

• Customers traveling from Port Denarau will be asked to pay the fuel surcharge at check-in and before boarding pass(es) are issued. Customers who are only traveling on an inbound sector from their island resort will be asked to pay the fuel surcharge upon boarding the vessels and before they return to Port Denarau

• Customers can pay the fuel surcharge via cash, an international debit card, or a credit card, noting that international cards do attract a 2.5% - 3% admin fee
