  • Latecomers will not be allowed entry to the next trip schedule. Failure to arrive at the specified time will be considered a no show and no refunds will be provided

  • Please present your ferry itinerary and passport to redeem your boarding pass

  • Remarks: Please note that Bintan has two ferry terminals: Tanjung Pinang Terminal and Bandar Bentan Telani Terminal. Majestic Ferry departs to Tanjung Pinang Terminal, with the journey taking approximately 2 hours from Singapore
