• Maximum weight for single jumps is 135kg, per jumper
• Jumpers need to be able to fit into the jump harnesses to participate
• Written parental consent required for jumpers under 18 years of age

• Participants must inform Skywalk staff of high blood pressure, heart conditions, diabetes, pregnancy, epilepsy, dislocations, neurological disorders, vertigo, or any other medical conditions they may have
• Please note the activity time can be affected by several factors including weather, equipment maintenance or safety protocols
• Please arrive at the Skypark ticket office on the basement level of the Macau Tower at least 30 minutes in advance of the scheduled activity time to complete the ticket exchange and registration. If you arrive late for the ticket exchange, your participation will be rescheduled based on the original booking time
• Ticket exchangers must present travel documents (passport or ID card) at the Skypark ticket office to obtain activity tickets
• The registration process takes about 30 minutes. Once registration is complete, for safety reasons, the exact time for participating in the activity will be arranged by staff and is subject to final decision based on on-site conditions, so please be patient
• Activities may need to be suspended due to weather conditions, including typhoons, strong winds, thunder, or heavy rain. We will try to arrange for you to participate on the same day if weather permits, but this cannot be guaranteed
• If you need to change your reservation date, time, or cancel your reservation, please contact the operator at least 48 hours in advance for proper arrangements
• If you are under 18 years old, you must have a parent or adult guardian sign a "Waiver/Release of Liability" form at the Skypark Macau Tower on the day of the activity in order to participate
