• No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made

• In case of rain, we will provide you with a disposable raincoat (Adult regular size only)
• Under Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, the tour would be cancelled for safety reasons. The actual situation is subject to our announcement on the day
• Due to traffic, local conditions or force majeure, the itinerary is subject to change without prior notice
• The schedule of the fireworks display is subject to change, the arrangement is made by Macau Government
• In case the open-top bus breaks down, the open-top bus would be changed to an ordinary tourist bus without prior notice
• Please arrive at meet up location 10 minutes before departure time. Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded
• All seats on the bus are unreserved seat locations, requests cannot be accepted
• Some of the open-top buses have a partial canopy for providing protection from rain and sunlight. We cannot accept requests for bus types
