• Some of the open top buses have a partial canopy for providing protection from rain and sunlight. We cannot accept requests for bus types
• Cancellation is not allowed
• Customer should redeem the tickets from our tour guide. when the first time you ride a bus
• Children under 2 years of age can travel on the lap of an adult for free
• Please present your tickets to the staff upon boarding
• Eating, drinking & smoking are not allowed on the bus
