Every day before 2 PM Hong Kong time, confirm your order with the "eBackHome" customer service, and you can pick up your items the next day at the earliest. Even if the customer has left Japan, as long as the luggage is left at the hotel front desk and instructed for the staff to hand over to the courier, "eBackHome" will handle the subsequent arrangements.
eBackHome will pick up luggage from the selected hotel between 12:00 and 14:00 Japan time.
Please ensure the hotel has a front desk and is able to keep your luggage until the courier picks it up the next day.
After placing your order via Klook, please WhatsApp customer service at 91435648 to confirm. Simply leave your luggage at the hotel front desk.
A third-party company, Sawaga, will collect the luggage and deliver it to the SF Express warehouse in Osaka. Once the items arrive at the warehouse, they will be repacked using SF standard cardboard boxes. Fees will be calculated based on either:○the total of the three dimensions (after bubble wrapping and including wheels)or the weight of each item, whichever is greater.
If the size/weight of the packed box or suitcase exceeds what you purchased (carton dimensions: 167 x 40 x 26 cm), you’ll need to pay the price difference before shipment. (Customer service will notify you via WhatsApp.)
Please pack the snowboard and equipment in a snow bag before arranging for courier pickup or dropping off at a service point. After arriving at the warehouse, it will be repacked into a dedicated snowboard carton for protected shipping (carton dimensions: 167 x 40 x 26 cm). Every day before 2 PM Hong Kong time, confirm your order with the "eBackHome" customer service, and you can pick up your items the next day at the earliest. Even if the customer has left Japan, as long as the luggage is left at the hotel front desk and instructed for the staff to hand over to the courier, "eBackHome" will handle the subsequent arrangements.
eBackHome will pick up luggage from the selected hotel between 12:00 and 14:00 Japan time.
Please ensure the hotel has a front desk and is able to keep your luggage until the courier picks it up the next day.
After placing your order via Klook, please WhatsApp customer service at 91435648 to confirm. Simply leave your luggage at the hotel front desk.
A third-party company, Sawaga, will collect the luggage and deliver it to the SF Express warehouse in Osaka. Once the items arrive at the warehouse, they will be repacked using SF standard cardboard boxes. Fees will be calculated based on either:○the total of the three dimensions (after bubble wrapping and including wheels)or the weight of each item, whichever is greater.
If the size/weight of the packed box or suitcase exceeds what you purchased (carton dimensions: 167 x 40 x 26 cm), you’ll need to pay the price difference before shipment. (Customer service will notify you via WhatsApp.)
Please pack the snowboard and equipment in a snow bag before arranging for courier pickup or dropping off at a service point. After arriving at the warehouse, it will be repacked into a dedicated snowboard carton for protected shipping (carton dimensions: 167 x 40 x 26 cm). If the snow bag exceeds the size or weight limits, additional fees will be charged proportionally
After pickup, the items need to be sent to the SF Osaka warehouse. Additional regional surcharges apply for the following areas:
Tokyo / Osaka / Nagoya / Fukuoka – No extra charge
Other areas – HKD 50 per item (box)
Remote areas such as Okinawa, Hokkaido, outlying islands – HKD 100 per item (box) (Takes about 3 business days to arrive at the Osaka warehouse)
