• Arrive at the store lobby 10 minutes before the reserved activity time
• If customers are late for less than 10 minutes, the game will start and the experience time will be shortened
• If customers do not show up to their reserved timeslot, or are more than 10 minutes late, the game will be cancelled with no refunds or rescheduling allowed
• All customers should play at their own risk by following the game rules briefed by the staff
• Please ensure that you are dressed appropriately in easy to move clothing. High heels are not suitable to enter the game
• Smart watches, mobile phones and cameras are not allowed inside the escape room

• If your preferred timeslot is fully booked, the staff will recommend an alternative timeslot
• After booking timeslots, customers may WhatsApp us at 018-7749139 at least 24 hours ahead of your timeslot if there is a need to reschedule to a different time
• No last minute rescheduling within 24 hours from your scheduled session is allowed
