• This activity has no age limit
• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Free for children aged 0-1
• Children aged 0-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 16+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Carer tickets: Maximum of 2 Carer tickets per 1 standard ticket purchased. Only valid with a guest needing a carer; documentation will be required on arrival
• Infant tickets: Maximum of 3 infant tickets per 1 adult ticket purchased

Additional information

• Wheelchair users must book a wheelchair time slot with the operator in advance
• Suitcases or large items of hand luggage are not permitted for security reasons

• London Eye: 30-minute rotation

• Madame Tussauds London: Approximately 1.5–2 hours

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• This activity is wheelchair-accessible

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid for 7 day(s) from the participation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day

• Customers must visit The London Eye on the selected booking date. Remaining attractions may be visited within 7 days following the London Eye visit

How to redeem

• Present your mobile voucher

• Customers are required to book timed entry tickets for each attraction in advance via the booking portal after booking confirmation

• Customers are required to book the London Eye time slot separately before the visit on the booking website

• Customers should use the voucher number starting with "77"

• On the booking page, select Option 2 – "Find your booking using your ticket number"

• Enter the voucher number to redeem the ticket and reserve the preferred London Eye time slot

• After the reservation is completed, customers should save the QR code, as it will be required for entry
