Additional information

  • Participants will handle cooking equipment and hot water. There is a risk of burns and other minor injuries. Please follow all instructions
  • The kitchen floor may be slippery. For hygiene and safety reasons, participants will be asked to change into footwear provided by the restaurant
  • The meeting point is Tsurumi-Ichiba Station. Guests will walk approximately 15 minutes with the guide to the restaurant. This experience may not be suitable for those who have difficulty walking
  • By participating in this activity, guests acknowledge the risks associated with entering a working kitchen environment and agree to follow all safety instructions
  • Guests may choose from two standard ramen styles: Shoyu (soy sauce) or Miso ramen. Premium toppings, special menu items, and additional food can be ordered separately at the restaurant for an extra charge
  • Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All participants, including children, must have their own reservation. Non-participating companions are not permitted
