• Free for children aged 0-2

• Children aged 0-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult

• Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• This activity has no age limit

• Adults must be accompanied by at least one child (Aged 0-17) to visit this attraction

• Amenities onsite include: Family restroom, full baby changing facilities & a coffee shop
• Trained service animals with valid identification are allowed inside the venue
• A cafe is available onsite, offering fresh coffee, ice cold sodas & deliciously fresh meals and snacks

• What to wear: Closed-toe shoes with socks (Socks are required to play in the LEGO City Soft Play area, socks are payable onsite in the cafe)

• Elevators is located near Kingdom Quest (Look for the yellow and red stripes)

• Storage of special products: Oxygen tanks are permitted on Kingdom Quest, but not permitted on Merlin's Apprentice for safety reasons

• Visitors with visual impairments: The 4D Theater uses strobe lighting and is not recommended for guests with epilepsy. Guest with impaired vision may request guidance as needed

• Guests with autism: The birthday party rooms may be used as a quiet space when not use

• Expecting mothers are not recommended on The Great LEGO Race VR Experience, Merlin's Apprentice, or Kingdom Quest

• Guests with food allergies or dietary needs: The cafe offers gluten-free lunch and snack items

• SEA LIFE San Antonio: Please be mindful not to feed the animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem

• Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance
