  • Divers must be based and staying on Phi Phi Island.
  • Must check in at the dive center the day before the dive trip for equipment sizing and registration
  • All divers are required to complete the Health Declaration Form. Must provide a letter of consent from a physician if any answer on the Health Declaration is a YES.
  • All divers over the age of 55 must present a letter of consent from a physician permitting the diver to partake in diving activities.
