• Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity

• A freshly prepared share platter featuring prawns, cheese, crackers, and antipasto is provided, with portions tailored to suit both individual guests and groups

• Kindly bring cash or card to pay for further drinks if desired

• All guests riding Viper must meet the minimum height requirement of 130cm; guests who do not meet this requirement upon arrival will not be permitted to participate, and no refunds will be issued

• Experience may be cancelled, rescheduled, or modified due to minimum numbers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances at the operator’s discretion for safety and comfort

• This activity will have a maximum of 28 travelers

• The operator can cater to all dietary requirements, 24 hours notice is required

• If you are prone to seasickness, please consult a pharmacist in advance for suitable medication, as tablets should be taken before departure and brought with you if needed, and are not available onboard

• The only bathroom facilities are below deck, down a flight of stairs and accessibility is limited

• Guests should be aware this is a working yacht with uneven access, including steep dock ramps, ropes, and ladder entry into a dinghy at sea, which may involve stepping into shallow water when landing

Prohibitions & Limitations

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• The activity is not recommended: PWDs (persons with disabilities)
• Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem
• The legal drinking age in Australia is age 18. Please bring a valid ID for proof of age

What to bring

• A secure hat, sunglasses and sun safe clothing, such as a lightweight, long sleeve top
• Light jacket/jumper for windy wet or cool days (Warmer jacket for winter June-Aug)
• Valid ID / Passport (with 6 months validity)
