• If the train is cancelled due to Japanese holidays or inclement weather, the Takachiho Railway will be replaced with a visit to Takachiho Shrine.
• The drive to Takachiho is quite long, so you may want to bring some snacks. You'll need to walk through the gorge, so please wear comfortable shoes.
• The Amaterasu Railway is closed every third Thursday of the month. The miniature train will not be running on these days, so please plan your visit accordingly. We are not responsible for closures due to weather or holidays. In such cases, the tour will be rerouted to Takachiho Shrine.
• If the minimum number of participants required for the tour is not met, the tour will be canceled and an email notification will be sent 1 day prior to departure.
• This itinerary does not include any entrance fees, which are to be paid separately by participants.
• In case of inclement weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made on whether to cancel the tour 1 day prior to departure (local time 18:00). You will be notified of the decision via email.
• Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring warm clothing (if needed).
• The above itinerary is for reference only, as traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid scheduling activities for the evening of the tour. We apologize for any delays.

• Vehicle Type: Vehicle assigned according to the number of people. For tours with a small number of participants, the driver will also serve as the on-tour staff to provide full tour services. A separate tour leader will not be assigned. Thank you for your understanding.
• After the tour commences, if the itinerary is terminated due to force majeure events such as weather conditions or natural disasters, a refund will be processed for the unfulfilled portion of the itinerary based on actual expenses incurred. However, additional expenses such as return transportation or local accommodation costs will be the responsibility of the traveler.
