  • Cancellation is possible up to 5 minutes before the departure of the limited express train, provided that both the limited express ticket and the basic fare ticket have not been used. A cancellation fee of JPY 220 per reservation will be charged
  • Partial refunds are not available
  • Refunds are not available after the ticket has become valid
  • If you wish to request a refund because the ticket remains unused due to a limited express train delay of more than one hour, please contact the place of purchase
