(1) Access the link on your voucher and tap “Scan Facility QR code” on the ticket list screen
(2) Allow camera access and scan the QR code provided by the staff
(3) Tap “Redeem Ticket” on the pop-up to start using the ticket
(4) An authentication screen will be displayed. Please present this screen to the staff within 15 minutes for verification. Otherwise, you will need to scan again
