ID verification (※Passport required) We strictly refuse entry to anyone under the age of 18. All guests are required to show ID upon entry. Entry will be refused if identity cannot be verified.

We have a dress code. We do not allow entry to customers wearing casual attire such as jerseys, sweats, tank tops, work clothes, and sandals. We also reserve the right to refuse entry if we deem your attire inappropriate.

We also do not allow entry to customers with exposed tattoos (including stickers and paint). In addition, entry is not permitted to organized crime groups, those resembling organized crime groups, or anti-social forces and organizations.

Disruptive behaviors such as fighting, molestation, theft, and illegal activities are prohibited. Any person engaging in disruptive behavior such as aggressive solicitation, molestation, fighting, or theft that inconveniences other guests will be immediately removed from the premises, reported to the police, and banned from future entry, regardless of the reason.

No Drugs Allowed / No Outside Food or Beverages Allowed. We strictly prohibit the possession or use of illegal drugs, which are prohibited by law. If drug possession is discovered, we will immediately notify the local police station.

Recording and photography equipment are not permitted. Umbrellas are also not permitted on the floor; please use the umbrella stand at the front desk. We are not responsible for any theft or loss. If you are concerned, please use the cloakroom.

The floor is completely separated for smokers and non-smokers to enjoy their time with peace of mind. (*Smoking area is available in VIP seats only)

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
