Wearing a kimono during pregnancy is strictly prohibited. The store is not responsible for any health problems that may arise from concealing a pregnancy.
Please return the garments by 17:00 on the same day. Late returns will incur an additional fee of JPY 1100 per person / 30 minutes.
Please strictly adhere to the return time. If you need to extend the rental period but fail to contact the store during business hours, the store will close according to schedule. If this results in a return on the following day, you will be charged a dressing fee equivalent to the first day's rental.
If you wish to return the clothing the following day, a deposit of JPY 10,000 is required, as well as an additional fee of JPY 1100 for next-day return. The deposit will not be refunded if the clothing is not returned on the second day.
You will be charged for damages to the kimono or accessories (bags, etc.) upon return if they are stained or damaged. We recommend purchasing the insurance service on-site (JPY 550). Please consult with our staff for related questions.
Complimentary luggage storage is available on-site; however, please keep valuables with you. The store is not responsible for any loss (including theft), damage, or water leakage.
