【Available shooting hours】This night shooting is available after sunset. *Please note that depending on the season, if you book an early time, it may be before sunset.
This is a night outdoor shoot conducted after sunset.
If you are late, the shooting time will be shortened, and no refunds will be given.
Round-trip transportation to and from the shooting location is not included.
Only one shooting location can be selected per session.
The exact meeting place details will be provided after your reservation is confirmed.
Please arrive at the meeting place 5 minutes before your desired start time.
The photographer's waiting time is up to 30 minutes. If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late for your arrival time, please contact us in advance.
Shooting time is based on the selected plan. If you wish to extend the shooting time, please inform the photographer. Extensions are subject to availability.
Filming will proceed taking into consideration local conditions and safety at night.

Booking changes policy
Change are allowed until 48 hour(s) before activity starts
The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

How to get there: We will take photos at your desired location within the Kyoto city photography areas (① to ⑤). The exact meeting point will be communicated by the photographer after your reservation is confirmed.
You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
