• As the one/two-day tours are shared transportation, please be sure to arrive at the meeting point or attraction on time. • For participants aged 70 or above or pregnant women, a liability waiver must be signed to ensure safety and complete the relevant insurance process. Please indicate this in the "Special Requests" section when booking. We will email you the waiver form after receiving your order. Please sign, photograph, and return the form to complete your registration.
• The transportation, tour duration, and stopover times during the itinerary are subject to actual conditions on the day. In the event of special circumstances (such as traffic jams or weather conditions), the tour guide may, with the consent of the guests and without reducing the number of attractions in the itinerary, reasonably adjust the order of the tour based on the actual situation.
• Each guest is allowed one complimentary piece of luggage. Please indicate this in the "Special Requests" section when placing your order. Failure to notify us at least one day in advance may result in overcrowding and compromise the safety of the ride. In such cases, the tour guide reserves the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be issued. Thank you for your understanding.
• We will arrange different vehicle types based on the actual number of travelers. Specific vehicle types cannot be guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding.
• During the tour, early departure or leaving the group mid-tour is not permitted. If you choose to leave the group mid-tour, the uncompleted portion will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment, and no refund will be provided. You will be solely responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving the group. Thank you for your understanding.
• Seasonal events (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, illuminations, fireworks festivals, snow scenery viewing, hot spring season, and festive events) are greatly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors. Specific arrangements may be adjusted, so please refer to official announcements. If no official notice of cancellation is received, we will arrange according to the original plan.
