• Regarding the vehicle model: Reference vehicles include 5-8 seaters such as the Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seaters such as the Toyota HAICE or similar; 18-22 seaters such as a minibus; and vehicles with 22 seats or more such as a large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only and will be adjusted according to the number of people in the group on the day of the tour.
• Regarding the safekeeping of personal belongings: Please take good care of your personal belongings and try not to carry valuables. If they are lost or damaged during the trip, you will be responsible for the loss.
• Regarding bus riding regulations: The consumption of strongly scented foods and ice cream is prohibited inside the bus. If personal behavior causes damage to the bus's equipment or soiling of the vehicle, compensation will be required according to the actual repair or cleaning costs of the bus company.
• 【Regarding infants aged 0-2 years】 Participation is free of charge, but customer service must be notified in advance and a note completed. If you do not notify us in advance, you may be refused boarding on site due to vehicle occupancy restrictions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. No seats will be arranged, and the guardian must hold the infant throughout the trip.
• Regarding the tour commentary language: This tour will be conducted in Chinese, English, or Japanese. Please note that we cannot guarantee that a specific language will be available. The actual language used will depend on the arrangements for the day and will be determined by the supplier.
• Regarding tour participants: This activity is a group tour, and you may be participating with travelers from different language regions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• Regarding personal preparation, health, and safety: Travelers should prepare for cold or hot weather in advance, depending on the season and weather changes on the day of travel.
• Regarding the travel date, please be sure to use the relevant services according to the date shown on the order. If you do not travel on the date of the order and change the travel date without authorization and request to use the service, the supplier has the right to charge an additional 100% of the fee on-site (i.e., the full amount of the order) or refuse to provide the service. Therefore, you shall bear all consequences and responsibilities arising therefrom. Please be aware and strictly abide by this.
• The extent of cherry blossom bloom is affected by the climate. If the flowers are not as expected, we will proceed to visit the attraction according to the original itinerary. We regret that we cannot accept refund requests for this reason.
