• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

• Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited

• Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• Junior high and high school students must present their student identification card at the entrance

• Please login to Klook App/website and go to “My bookings”. Click “See voucher” to open the voucher
• Please present the voucher to the local staff on the day of use. If you do not present the voucher on your device, you will not be able to enter the venue

How to redeem

• Please note that the URL certificate must be presented on mobile phone with internet access. The voucher cannot be accessed or displayed without internet access
• Please do not attempt to validate or scan the ticket yourself. The ticket must be validated by the facility staff. If the ticket status shows 'used', it is no longer valid.
