• Please be aware that due to Japanese regulations restricting driving time to 10 hours, traffic congestion around Mount Fuji and nearby attractions is expected during the cherry blossom season (March 15 - April 15) or on Japanese public holidays (weekends and major holidays). In such cases, the tour guide reserves the right to shorten the time spent at each attraction.
• Children aged 1-2 years old who do not require a seat are free, but participation is not recommended. If you must participate, please inform us by email in advance. If you do not inform us in advance and there is not enough space, the driver has the right to refuse service. Thank you. Children under 2 years old who need a seat must purchase a ticket, which is the same price as an adult ticket and must be noted. Children over 2 years old are also the same price as adults. In addition, elderly people aged 65 (inclusive) or above need to ensure that they are in good health and suitable for travel, and must be accompanied by a family member or friend aged 22 or above throughout the trip.
• 2. Travelers with the following conditions or other conditions that are not suitable for overstimulation should not participate in this project: high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, pregnant women. If you conceal your registration, you will be responsible for the consequences.
• 3. This itinerary is a shared, fixed route. Customers participating in this itinerary must adhere to the time allotted at each attraction and follow the driver-guide's instructions. Failure to comply with the schedule will require you to travel to the next meeting point on your own.
• 4. No refunds will be given for non-participation or termination of the trip due to personal reasons, lateness, or other reasons. Please be aware of this. If you leave the group on your own during the trip, no refunds will be given. Furthermore, you will be responsible for any personal or property safety issues that may arise as a result.
• 5. During the trip, please keep your passport and valuables with you and take good care of them. You will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Please do not eat or drink in the car. If you cause stains in the car, you will need to compensate according to local cleaning standards. Thank you for your understanding.
• 6. Arrival times for each itinerary may vary depending on the daily traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd influence. The order of the itinerary may also be changed. As vehicle usage in Japan is restricted to 10 hours, please understand that delays, cancellations, or reduced attractions may occur due to traffic jams on red days or force majeure events. Requests for refunds based on these reasons will not be accepted.
• 7. Vehicle type: Vehicles will be assigned based on the number of people in the group. For small groups, the driver will also serve as an escort throughout the tour, and a separate tour leader will not be assigned. Please be aware that this is a shared car service, and other guests will be traveling with you.
• 8. The day trip does not include personal travel insurance or personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have specific risks and dangers. Please evaluate your health or ability. Our company is not responsible for any personal injury or damage caused by accidents or unforeseen factors. Thank you for your understanding.
