For minors aged 12 and above, a reservation for the same package as an adult is required to enter the store.

Please dress appropriately and avoid wearing overly casual clothing (such as slippers, sandals, tank tops, shorts, camisoles, mini skirts, etc.). It is particularly important to note that French and Western restaurants have extremely strict dress codes. Male guests must wear a shirt or jacket with a collar on the upper body and long pants (jeans are prohibited) and socks on the lower body.

Please arrive at the store on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be cancelled by the store and you will not be refunded any fees paid. If you arrive more than 15 minutes early, the store may refuse to let you enter and wait.

If the guest does not provide accurate reservation information (including but not limited to discrepancies in the number of people reserved and the actual number of people, failure to provide the number and age of minors), or does not follow Japanese dining etiquette (including but not limited to making loud noises, playing around, smoking, drinking excessively, live streaming or engaging in other activities that may disturb other diners), any losses and consequences incurred will be borne by the guest.

The package pictures are for reference only. The actual food content provided by the restaurant on the day of the reservation shall prevail.

The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or other offers

Splitting or combination of bills after ordering to redeem multiple vouchers is not allowed
