• How to get there: At entry point of "LAKEWOOD", the white sign along the national road, follow the path going down and head straight until you reach the Guard House. Kindly inform the Guard our villa name and/or block & lot number. From the Guard house, continue straight along Timber Lake Street. Cross the small bridge and just follow the road ahead. When you reach the end of Timber Lake Street, turn left to Bluestone Lake Street, and from there you will see Kumo Villa.

Additional information

• For bookings more than 1 night, add the remaining days of your stay to your cart
• Check-in: 08:00 to 20:00
• Check-out: 10:00 to 22:00
• Maximum sleeping capacity of the villa is 25 persons only
• Overall villa capacity (for sleeping and visiting) is 40 persons only
• Kumo Villa shall be free from any damages, liability, or responsibility as a result of any unlawful and/or wrongful act committed by the Guests, and the Management shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries or any untoward incident that may occur while inside the villa premises.
• The Caretaker will make an inspection of the entire premises 15 minutes before your check-out time for any damages and/or losses. Therefore, all items and equipment found missing or damaged will be charged to the Guest
• The villa must be vacated by check-out time. Exceeding time will be charged Php 500 per hour
• Pets are not allowed on the property. A Php 1000 fee will be charged for each pet brought onto the premises
