• The Ticket Office opens at 07:30, if your tour starts at 08:00, you could check in 30 minutes before the tour starts

• Please note there is often construction along the route to Kualoa, and morning check-in lines can be long

• Guests need to check in at the Ticket Office with a Photo ID (Drivers License, passport, etc.) The name on the ID should be the same as the Reservation Name
