• Participants must be aged 10+ to participate in this activity

• Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• Children aged 10-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult

• For the safety of each guest, it is required that all participants on the Zipline Tour meet the following body size requirements. Height & waist restrictions ensure proper fit of the harness. Weight restrictions ensure proper zip speeds (in general, the heavier you are, the faster you go)

Additional information

• This activity is not recommended for travelers with back problems

• It is not recommended for anyone who has recently experienced a spinal injury (head, neck, or back pain) or recently undergone surgery to these areas refrain from participation in the Zipline Tour

• All Zipline Tour participants must be able to hike the mini-trails on uneven terrain and gravel pathways. Hikes should last no longer than 5-10 minutes and are generally in shaded areas

• Long hair should be put up in a bun or pony-tail type hairdo to prevent entanglement with Zipline apparatus

• Loose jewelry or clothing should be avoided or tucked away on the Zipline Tour as it may become entangled with Zipline apparatus

• All Zipline Tour participants will be required to wear a harness, which has straps located at the participant’s upper thigh, waist (above hip bones), and over each shoulder. Anyone who has an injury to these areas should refrain from participation to avoid aggravating the injury

• This activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility
• This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
• This activity could be canceled due to extreme weather or unforeseen events. If canceled, you may book a different date or ask for a refund
