  • There’s 1 Toilet Break for 20minutes in between the journey
  • Photography and videography are strictly prohibited inside and outside the immigration premises

  • Passengers are required by law to wear their seat belts at all times during the journey. Under Malaysian regulations, mandatory seat belt usage is strictly enforced for all express bus passengers; non-compliance may result in a fine of RM300. The operator shall not be held responsible for any fines issued to passengers by the authorities
  • Remember to take all your belongings when alighting at your destination. We are not liable for your negligence at any point of the journey
  • Immigration and Custom Clearance are your own responsibility
  • The operator shall not be held liable for any passenger denied entry/exit or detained at immigration. In such events, we reserve the right to continue the journey without the passenger, and no refunds or compensation will be provided
  • The bus will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes at the checkpoint. If a passenger is delayed beyond this time due to documentation or security issues, the operator reserves the right to continue the journey to ensure the schedule is maintained for other passengers
  • The operator shall not be held liable for any delays caused by unforeseen traffic conditions, heavy passenger volume at checkpoints, or extended customs and immigration clearance times. Transfer durations are estimates only, and passengers are advised to factor in ample buffer time for their onward travel plans
  • We are not responsible for the consequential or incidental loss, cost and fee incurred by you as a result of invalid or lack of travel documents
  • The bus will depart strictly as scheduled. Late arrivals will be classified as a ‘no-show’; consequently, no refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be permitted
  • In the event of an unforeseen situation where the 24-seater Premium Class bus cannot operate for a particular trip, the operator reserves the right to substitute the vehicle used without prior notice. Refer to the substitute bus image as reference for ease of boarding

  • Boarding Guidelines For Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS)

  • Arrive at Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) at least 1 hour before the departure time.

  • Go to Main Lobby located on Level 3 (Concourse Level). Go to the Bus Boarding Pass counter to print your boarding pass and check the gate number. Kindly prepare RM0.70 per boarding pass for printing. Go to your gate number stated in the boarding pass for boarding the bus.

  • Arrive at Berjaya Times Square at least 30 minutes before the departure time. Assemble at the bus pickup point
