• If you did not receive a confirmation email from LuggAgent, please check your Spam folder or contact the operator via the email indicated on your Klook voucher

• LuggAgent will wait for 30 minutes. If LuggAgent is unable to contact the customer, LuggAgent has the right to cancel the order and no refund will be made

• If the customer fails to pick up the luggage 30 minutes after the selected pick-up time, the customer will be charged USD5 per 15 minutes (via credit card in local currency)
