Complimentary pick-up and drop-off are from Hotels/Residences located within a 5 km radius of Twin Towers, as most of the hotels are located around there
Please note that elephant bathing session is subject to availability. Please make reservations directly upon arrival at the Sanctuary. The session will be canceled in cases of bad weather or high river water levels
Elephant bathing fee is payable at your own expense (RM10 per person, payable directly at the sanctuary)
The Deerland Park is closed on Fridays. There will be no compensation or alternative for the closure
Driver details will be sent via WhatsApp by 21:00 one day before the tour
If you are staying out of Kuala Lumpur City Centre, kindly take a taxi/Grab and wait for us at Corus Hotel Kuala Lumpur. If you need pick-up from outskirt hotels, you may talk to the local operator about the charges which can be paid directly upon pick-up
