• Reservation might not be possible depending on the broadcasting station's situation. If it is impossible after making a reservation, the CS team will contact you via email.
• This is a tour led by 'tour staff', so admission by yourselves is not allowed.
• You must submit your personal information through the link provided in the email.
• Mobile phones must be kept with the screen facing down.
• After entering the studio, it is prohibited to take pictures and record videos inside the studio, and if caught, all materials will be deleted and you will be forced to leave.
• Personal behaviors inside the station is absolutely prohibited. Please make sure to follow the staff's instructions.
• Please contact the CS team (op@seoulpass.kr) by 16:00 7 days in advance to change the reservation date.
• Re-entry is not allowed once you leave during the show.
• We recommend using the restroom before entering.
• Suitcases and large bags are not allowed inside.
• Outside food is not permitted, except for bottled water.
• You must provide your real name exactly as it appears on your passport or ID card.
• Entry may be denied if the name does not match, in order to prevent ticket transfers and resale.

• Seats will be assigned on the day of the event and cannot be changed arbitrarily.
