Caregivers (up to 1 person) for those with a disability certificate are free. Please present your disability certificate to staff upon entry. Individuals with a disability certificate require a ticket. There is no special discount for disabled persons.

This ticket is a date-specific ticket.

Each ticket is valid for one person, one time only, and only on the date printed on the ticket.

Tickets purchased will not be refunded, exchanged, reissued, or have their type or date/time changed.

During crowded times, there may be a wait before you can enter.

Reselling tickets is prohibited. Please note that we are not responsible for any issues related to illegally purchased tickets.

There may be changes to the exhibition period, opening hours, etc. Please check our official social media or the exhibition website for the latest information.

To protect the artworks, the temperature inside the venue is kept constant. We recommend visiting in clothing that allows for easy temperature adjustment.

From the perspective of protecting the works, we ask that you please deposit large luggage, backpacks, etc., in a locker.

Although this exhibition does not operate on a timed entry system, we kindly ask for your cooperation in sharing the viewing space so that as many visitors as possible can enjoy it.

Please do not touch the exhibits or display cases.

Photography is permitted for personal use only, but the use of flash and tripods is prohibited.

Also, video recording of visual works is prohibited.

As a general rule, the venue is one-way, so please follow the designated route.

When visiting, please follow the instructions of the staff. Actions that disturb other visitors are strictly prohibited. If you do not comply, we may refuse entry or ask you to leave.

Our facility assumes no responsibility whatsoever for troubles between guests.

Lockers and umbrella stands for facilities are available only during business hours.

If you wish to use the parking ticket service, please present your ticket purchase screen at the Azabudai Hills Gallery Information Counter on the day of your visit.
