• Standard Luggage Size: 76 cm x 48 cm x 32 cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
• The luggage must not contain any illegal, dangerous, prohibited, risky, or suspicious item
• Please hand carry your passport, flight documents and other important personal items
• If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
• Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
• Please note: Package quantity should be the number of luggage
• All luggage should be separated rather than being bundled or attached with any other item, including but not limited to plastic bags, traveling pillows, and small traveling bag(s)
• Luggage : Any dimension for a luggage shall not be larger than 76x48x32cm, and maximum weight should not be heavier than 30kg
• Please note that luggage storage is available for up to 24 hours only. We kindly ask guests to collect their belongings within the storage period. Items not collected after 24 hours may no longer be covered under our responsibility.
