• The car can accommodate a maximum of 3 people, including the tour guide (in case you book the tour guide)

• You can use the car within 4 hours and return the car before 18:00. There will have an extra charge if you use the car for more than 4 hours and after 18:00

• A surcharge of VND 200,000 per hour will apply if you use the car after 18:00, payable onsite

• Extra charge of 10% VND when traveling on 31 December 2025 - 01 Jan 2026, 15 - 21 February 2026, 30 April - 01 May 2026, 01 - 02 September 2026, 24-25 December 2026, 31 December 2026 - 01 January 2027. Pay directly on-site.

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

• This activity could be canceled due to extreme weather or unforeseen events. If canceled, you may book a different date or ask for a refund
