  • During summer vacation, winter vacation, and Golden Week (National Day, May Day, Spring Festival), some hotel bookings are non-cancellable; others are as follows:
  • Free cancellation up to 00:00, 15 days before the start of the itinerary.
  • 14 days 00:00 to 7 days 00:00 before the start of the trip, 30% loss will be deducted.
  • 6 days before the trip starts 00:00 to 3 days before the trip starts 00:00. 50% loss will be deducted.
  • If the itinerary starts 2 days before or on the same day, 80% of the loss will be deducted.
