  • During major holidays such as May Day, National Day, summer vacation, and Chinese New Year, hotel bookings are non-cancellable. In case of force majeure, a special application can be made with supporting documents, and the specific loss will be determined based on the hotel's review of the materials.
  • If canceled 12 days before the itinerary, and the buyer notifies of the cancellation, a penalty of 15% of the total travel cost will be paid.
  • If the trip is canceled 12-5 days before departure, and the buyer notifies of the cancellation, a penalty of 30% of the total tour cost will be paid.
  • If the itinerary is canceled 5-1 days before departure, and the buyer notifies of the cancellation, a penalty of 60% of the total tour fee will be paid.
  • Cancellation on the day the itinerary begins, buyer notifies cancellation, pays 100% of the total tour fee as liquidated damages.
