Kindly arrange your own Taxi or Grab to town or jetty. Our tour guide or crew will be waiting there for you. Please take note!
• Please be advice that we are specialized in arranging tours not arranging your luggage storage or emergency airport transfer. Airport transfer requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. We will try to help you to check and see whether our vehicle still have rooms for luggage or not. If have, then can proceed. Otherwise, we have to drop you back to your hotel and you arrange your own transport to airport. Do understand that this a Shared Tour basis with other travellers together in the vehicle, please do not rush our pilot to drive faster to meet your personal airport departure time and neglect for all travellers safety. • Kindly apologize if pick up time is late due to festival or peak season or each hotel guest's preparation.
• Please wait at the lobby 10 minutes before pick up time while the tour guide will find you when he/she arrives. We are following “On-time Policy” to be considerate with other guests. Transportation will not wait for late arrivals at the 2nd confirmed pick-up time schedule given. No refund will be compensated.
