Children aged 4-11 must be accompanied by a paying adult
Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults

There is no luggage storage facility at the venue
There is no room to store luggage and/or large bags on this tour. Please leave them at your accommodations or vehicles
Please do not wear any accessories during rafting
Travelers are recommended to use elastic bands to secure their glasses when rafting, please note that contact lenses are not allowed for participation
During Lunar New Year, the itinerary of the tour might be delayed
During Lunar New Year there might be Chinese-speaking tour guide shortage, please consider before booking
Transfers to or from hotels located in Tuaran will incur the following fees: 1 - 3 people: RM15/person; 4 or more: RM10/person; transfers to or from hotels located in Kinarut will incur the following fee: 1 - 6 people: RM30/person; 7 or more: RM15/person (all fees are one-way, to be paid directly to the driver)
A Chinese New Year surcharge of MYR 35/person applies from 16 Feb - 23 Feb 2026. Please pay the surcharge on-site to the tour guide/driver.
