  • Helmet rental is included, and helmets must be worn while riding.
  • Please wear clothing that will not get caught in the bike chain. Comfortable sneakers are recommended.
  • Covers damage or injury caused to third parties but does not cover personal injuries.
  • A late return fee of ¥1,100 per hour will apply.
  • Additional damage fees may apply.
  • A valid ID is required when renting the bike.
  • In case of bicycle damage, 10% of the total repair cost will be charged.
  • Helmets are not covered by the damage waiver. A compensation fee of ¥3,850 will apply in case of loss or damage.
  • Bicycle theft is not covered by the damage waiver. The full cost of a replacement bicycle will be charged.
