• The 1-month Unliplay Pass voucher from Klook has to be redeemed at KinderCity within 30 days from date of purchase at Klook
• The voucher holder can proceed to the KinderCity and present the voucher and proof of purchase
• After purchasing the 1-month UnliPlay Pass at Klook, guests must visit their selected KinderCity branch to redeem and activate it. Upon activation, the branch will issue a physical UnliPlay card, which will serve as your child’s entry pass for unlimited play access over the next 30 consecutive days (including the first visit). This card must be presented upon each visit to gain entry during KinderCity's operational hours

• To reschedule an unredeemed voucher, you must request it at least 24 hours before your original start date, subject to availability

How to redeem

• Important: After purchasing the 1-month UnliPlay Pass at Klook, guests must visit their preferred KinderCity branch to redeem and activate it. Upon activation, the branch will issue a physical UnliPlay card, which will serve as your child’s entry pass for unlimited play access over the next 30 consecutive days (including the first visit). This card must be presented upon each visit to gain entry during KinderCity's operational hours at the same branch where the Klook voucher was redeemed and the physical Unliplay Card was issued.
