If you’ve purchased the 1-day Unlimited Playtime Voucher but have not redeemed at KinderCity, you may **request** a refund within 48 hours from time of purchase.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via [play@kindercity.ph](mailto:play@kindercity.ph) or through KinderCity's customer service platform
Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled playtime are not eligible for a refund, but may be rescheduled once under special circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies) at our discretion
Refunds to be issued will be net of any processing fees and taxes. Refund requests made after voucher has been redeemed will not be accepted
In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule
