• Use of Kidz Republic's facilities is at your own risk. While every care is taken to ensure the safety of your children, Kidz Republic shall not be responsible for any damage and loss to any personal belongings, or any injuries sustained to any person arising out of or in connection with the use of the facilities

• An adult must accompany minors in the park. Adult supervision should always be required

• Please ensure that you are well enough to be in the park. Kidz Republic has the right to refuse admittance to a sick kid, parent, or guardian at their own discretion

• No reckless play, fighting or bullying are allowed in the park. Guilty parties will be asked to leave

• Kidz Republic reserves the right to impose clean-up and sanitization charges for incidents such as vomiting, spillage, urine and leaks

• The purchase of a Kidz Republic ticket authorizes the operator to shoot, retouch, use, and publicly display portraits, including photos, videos, and moving images. This also applies agreement that Kidz Republic holds full copyright for the aforementioned photographic works, including authorized portraits, and can use them through various channels such as social media or printing methods. All authorized content may be publicly published, and copyright law grants the rights and interests to the author

• Kidz Republic Management reserves all right to refuse entry in the event of non-compliance with any of the rules & regulations as mentioned above

• Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance

• Due to the nature of this activity, it is not recommended for persons with impaired physical mobility or those in wheelchairs

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given
