- Itinerary Preparation and Transportation:
- Motion sickness prevention: The journey is about 6-8 hours, and some sections are bumpy. Tourists prone to motion sickness are advised to prepare motion sickness medication in advance.
- Ordering rules: For orders placed after 22:00 the previous night, please confirm availability with customer service support first; after successful booking, the driver will contact you before 22:00, so please keep your phone accessible.
- Vehicle information: Vehicles are standard models, and comfort varies due to different seat layouts. Those with high demands for riding experience are advised to consider carefully before placing an order; due to the characteristics of the plateau climate, air conditioning will not be turned on throughout the journey in Tibet tourist vehicles. Please add or remove clothing according to the temperature.

- Bookings from pregnant women are not accepted for now. People with special conditions such as cardiopulmonary diseases or high blood pressure are not allowed to register; tourists under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult family member to join the tour, and people aged 65 and above are not accepted for registration for now. - Shopping tips: Some scenic spots have shopping areas not arranged by the travel agency. It is recommended to consume rationally and keep your admission tickets.

- Security and Protection:
- Altitude sickness: Yamdrok Lake is about 4441 meters above sea level, and Karola Glacier is about 5020 meters above sea level. Altitude sickness can easily occur. It is recommended to take Rhodiola a week in advance and prepare oxygen cylinders (which can be purchased on the car or at the scenic spot); the air conditioning is generally not turned on in the car to avoid aggravating altitude sickness; do not book same-day round-trip transportation, allow time for adaptation.
- Weather precautions: Due to large temperature differences between day and night, down jackets, rain gear, etc., are needed; the master will stop at supply stations where oxygen and warm clothing can be voluntarily purchased or rented.
- Property safety: Avoid carrying large amounts of cash, and ensure personal belongings are properly looked after when sightseeing.
